Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our water sports equipment and want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:

Eligibility

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • You have proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • HydroSkin apparel (including HydroSkin Top’s) due to personal wear considerations
  • Inflatable products (kayaks and SUPs) that have been unpacked or used
  • Any items marked as “final sale”

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body: Include product details, reason for return, and preferred resolution

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return instructions
  • A prepaid return label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

For standard returns:

  • Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags/accessories
  • Ship to: Hyperlite Store Returns, 3527 Copperhead Road, Hartford, US 06103
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error
  • You’ll receive tracking information for your new shipment

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • We cannot process returns without prior authorization
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • International returns may be subject to non-refundable customs fees
